Add a dashboard to favorites
Adds the dashboard to the favorites of the person the token names, an organization user or a tenant user. Favorites are personal: nobody else sees them, and they never change who can open a dashboard.
Sending it again keeps the original favoritedAt. Adding a favorite
doesn't change the dashboard, so its updatedAt stays the same.
